Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TAGD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use TAGD.

Acceptable use

• Use TAGD only for lawful reselling and sourcing research.
• Do not upload images that you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not use TAGD to harass, defraud, or harm others.

Subscriptions

Free accounts receive a limited number of scans per week. TAGD Pro unlocks unlimited scans and sourcing decisions. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Billing; you keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period.

No warranty

TAGD's recommendations and estimates are predictions based on available data and are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You are solely responsible for your purchasing and selling decisions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll post the latest version on this page.
