This Privacy Policy explains what information TAGD ("we", "us") collects when you use the TAGD app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account data

When you create an account, we store your email address, an optional display name and username, and authentication credentials. We use this data to provide the service, send critical account notifications, and respond to support requests.

Uploaded images

When you scan an item, the photos you upload are sent to our image-analysis pipeline so we can identify the item and estimate its value. Images are stored in your private scan history and are only accessible to you. We may use anonymized scan data to improve accuracy over time.

Analytics

We collect anonymized product analytics — for example, which screens you visit, which actions you take, and how often you scan — to improve the product. We do not sell this data to third parties.

Subscriptions and payment

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. TAGD never stores your card details. We store a subscription record indicating your plan, status, and billing period so we can give you the correct level of access.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete your profile in Settings.
• You can request account and data deletion at any time.
• You can unsubscribe from non-critical emails in Settings.
